It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Account Policy and other service-specific notices displayed on the platform.
This policy describes general practices. A particular service may require additional information or have additional privacy notices where necessary.
2. Information We May Receive
The information processed depends on the account, service, product or support interaction you choose to use. We do not need every category for every user.
3. How Information May Be Used
Information may be used for purposes such as:
- Creating and maintaining your account.
- Authenticating your login and maintaining secure sessions.
- Providing the service or tool you requested.
- Processing product orders and delivery information.
- Responding to support requests and resolving issues.
- Processing or reconciling transactions and payment references.
- Detecting suspicious activity, misuse, fraud or security threats.
- Maintaining, troubleshooting and improving platform operation.
- Communicating important account, transaction or service information.
- Meeting applicable legal, regulatory or operational requirements.
Information should not be used for a purpose that is materially incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected unless permitted by applicable law or otherwise communicated to the user.
4. Login, Sessions and Authentication
When you log in to a Panget Solutions account, the system may process information necessary to authenticate you and maintain your logged-in session.
Session information
Technical session identifiers, authentication state, timestamps and related security information may be used to keep the account session working and help protect against unauthorised access.
Account security
Users are responsible for keeping passwords and authentication information confidential. Panget Solutions support should not ask you to disclose your password, OTP, PIN or complete payment authentication credentials.
If you believe that someone has accessed your account without permission, change your credentials where possible and contact support immediately.
5. Photos, Documents and Other Files
Some services allow users to upload photographs, documents, forms or other files. These files may be processed to provide the requested service, such as photo resizing, enhancement, document processing or form assistance.
You should upload only content that you are authorised to provide and use. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information when the requested service does not require it.
Retention of uploaded content
Uploaded files may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested service, provide support, maintain transaction records, protect the platform or meet applicable legal requirements. Retention can vary by service.
Where a service provides a specific deletion or retention option, that service-specific rule may apply.
6. Payments and Financial Information
When you make a payment, Panget Solutions may receive transaction-related information such as an order or reference number, payment status, amount, date and other information required to reconcile the transaction.
Depending on the payment method, payment credentials may be handled directly by the relevant payment gateway, bank, UPI provider or other payment service. Panget Solutions does not need your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or OTP for customer support and you should never provide these credentials to anyone claiming to represent support.
Payment providers may have their own privacy policies and terms that apply to information processed through their systems.
7. Cookies and Similar Technology
The website or panel may use cookies, session storage or similar technical mechanisms where necessary for login sessions, preferences, security, functionality, analytics or other website operations.
Some cookies may be essential for the website or authenticated panel to work. Disabling certain browser storage or cookies may affect login and other functionality.
Your browser may provide controls for deleting or blocking cookies. The effect of disabling them depends on the particular technology and service.
8. Third-Party Services and Providers
Panget Solutions may use third-party providers where they are necessary to operate or support a service. Examples can include hosting providers, payment providers, communication services, delivery partners, service APIs, security tools and technical infrastructure.
Information may be shared with a provider when reasonably necessary for the relevant function, transaction, security requirement or service requested by the user.
Third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Users should review those policies where they interact directly with an external provider.
External websites
Panget Solutions may link to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites that are not operated by Panget Solutions.
9. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures may be used to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Security measures can include access controls, authentication mechanisms, server-side protections, monitoring, backups and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and service.
No website, server, network or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should also take reasonable steps to protect their accounts and devices.
10. Data Retention
Information may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account records, complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, meet operational requirements or comply with applicable law.
Different categories of information may have different retention periods. For example, an uploaded service file may have a different retention period from an accounting or transaction record.
When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled according to applicable retention requirements.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, you may have rights or choices concerning your personal information.
These may include requesting access to certain information, asking for correction of inaccurate information, asking questions about processing, or requesting deletion where deletion is legally and operationally possible.
A request may require reasonable verification so that information is not disclosed or changed for the wrong person.
Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, transaction, accounting or other legitimate purposes.
12. Children and Minors
Panget Solutions services are not intended to encourage children to submit personal information without appropriate involvement or permission from a parent, guardian or other person responsible for them where required.
If you believe that personal information has been submitted by a child in a manner that should not have occurred, contact support so the matter can be reviewed.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when our services, technology, legal requirements or data practices change.
The latest version will be published on this page with its effective or updated date. Continued use of the platform after an update may be subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVV numbers or other confidential authentication credentials in a privacy or support request.
