Users are responsible for their account credentials and activity. Accounts that remain unused for 45 consecutive days may be restricted, suspended or deactivated according to this policy.
1. Account Registration
Certain Panget Solutions services require a registered user account. During registration, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, username, email address, mobile number, business information, address or other details required for the selected service.
You agree that the information supplied during registration should be accurate and reasonably current. You should not knowingly register using another person's identity or provide misleading information.
One account, one responsible user
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Where an account is intended for business or professional use, the person controlling the account is responsible for ensuring that authorised personnel use it appropriately.
2. Login and Account Security
Account credentials must be kept confidential. Do not share your password, OTP, PIN, recovery information or other authentication credentials with another person.
- Use a strong and unique password.
- Do not reuse your Panget password on unrelated websites.
- Log out from shared or public computers.
- Do not disclose OTPs or authentication codes.
- Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Official support should not require your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or complete payment authentication credentials.
3. Account Information and Verification
Panget Solutions may use account information to provide services, communicate important notices, process transactions, maintain security and provide support.
Certain services may require additional information or documents for verification or processing. You should submit only information that you are authorised to provide.
Changes to important account information may require verification before they are accepted, particularly where the change could affect account security or ownership.
4. 45-Day Account Inactivity Rule
If a user does not log in to or use the account for 45 consecutive days, Panget Solutions may treat the account as inactive and may restrict, suspend or deactivate the account.
The inactivity period is intended to help maintain platform security, reduce abandoned accounts and manage inactive account records.
What may happen
- Account access may be restricted.
- The account may be marked inactive.
- Login or service access may be suspended.
- The account may be deactivated or deleted where permitted by the applicable process.
Users should not rely on an inactive account remaining permanently available. If continued access is required, users should periodically log in and use the account in accordance with the platform rules.
5. Wallet and Account Balance
Where a wallet or account balance is available, the balance may be used for eligible services according to the applicable service rules.
Wallet additions, deductions, service fees, refunds, reversals, transfers and other balance adjustments may be recorded in the account transaction history.
Inactive accounts and wallet balances
A wallet balance associated with an inactive account may be subject to the applicable wallet, account and service conditions. Account inactivity does not automatically create a cash-refund entitlement.
Where a particular wallet balance is subject to an expiry, adjustment or other condition, the applicable condition displayed by the platform will govern that balance, subject to applicable law.
6. Transactions and Account Records
Transactions made through an account may be recorded with information such as amount, service, reference number, status, date and other details needed to maintain an accurate transaction history.
Users should review transaction information and report an apparent error, duplicate transaction or unauthorised activity as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds and reversals are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and relevant service conditions.
7. Permitted and Prohibited Account Use
You must not use an account to:
- Impersonate another person, business or organisation.
- Provide false information for fraudulent purposes.
- Access another user's account without permission.
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
- Abuse APIs, services, payment systems or platform resources.
- Upload malware or harmful code.
- Conduct unlawful, fraudulent or abusive transactions.
- Interfere with the availability or security of the platform.
Account use must comply with applicable law and the Terms & Conditions.
8. Suspension or Restriction
Panget Solutions may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, suspected unauthorised access, misuse, non-compliance or operational reasons.
Suspension may limit login, wallet, service, API or other account functions while an issue is reviewed or resolved.
Where appropriate and permitted, users may contact support to request clarification or assistance regarding a restricted account.
9. Deactivation or Deletion
An account may be deactivated after prolonged inactivity or where there is a legitimate security, operational or policy reason.
Deactivation or deletion does not necessarily mean that all records are immediately erased. Certain transaction, security, accounting or legal records may need to be retained for an appropriate period.
Where an account is deleted, recovery of historical data or access cannot be guaranteed.
10. Reactivation and Account Recovery
If account reactivation or recovery is available, the user may be required to verify account ownership or provide information necessary to protect the account.
Reactivation is not guaranteed where an account was permanently deleted, was involved in serious abuse, cannot be safely verified or is otherwise subject to a legitimate restriction.
Never send your password, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or CVV to request account recovery.
11. Voluntary Account Closure
Where account closure is supported, a user may request closure through the available account or support process.
Before closing an account, users should complete or review any pending transactions and retain any records they may reasonably need.
Account closure does not cancel obligations relating to transactions, services, disputes, fraud investigations or other matters that survive closure under applicable terms or law.
12. Account Support
For account access, inactivity, suspension, wallet or security questions, contact Panget Solutions through the official support channels.
This Account Policy should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
